Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of directing concerned respondent authority to consider and decide the pending representation preferred by the petitioner i.e. Annexures P-3 & P/4 dated 11.02.2022 and 02.12.2022 respectively which are still pending and not decided yet. Therefore, it is prayed that this petition may be disposed of, at the earliest, to decide the pending representations within a specific period as fixed by this Court in accordance with the relevant rules and law.
3. Learned State Counsel submits that he is having no objection to the limited prayer made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
4. On the basis of submission made by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, at this stage, without entering into the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing concerned respondent authority to consider and decide the pending representations of the petitioner Annexures P-3 & P/4 dated 11.02.2022 and 02.12.2022 respectively and take a decision within an outer limit of ‘45 days’ from the date of production of copy of this order in accordance with the relevant rules, law and circular(s) governed to the field of petitioner.
