Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature mandamus commanding the opposite party no.2 to decide the application for grant of new Arms License in Form II, III & IV, filed under Schedule-III, Form A-1 (for individuals), bearing No. 08 of 2022-23 pending before the District Magistrate, Pratapgarh, as expeditiously as early as possible, in the interest of justice." 3. Considering the fact that the aforesaid application is pending before the respondent no. 2, the petition is disposed of with direction to the respondent no.2 to decide the revision within four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
