(Oral) The applicant is in judicial custody in FIR No.1233 of 2023, dated 21.12.2023, under Sections 107, 120-B, 342, 366-A, 368, 376(3), 506 IPC and Section 67-B of the Information Technology Act, 2000 and Sections 13, 14, 16, 17, and 3(a) r/w 4(2) of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012 and Section 3(2)(v) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act, 1989, Police Station Kotwali Manglaur, District Haridwar. He has sought his release on bail. 2. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 3. It is argued that the co-accused having similar role has already been granted bail; the role is not dissimilar and the grounds are also similar. 4. This fact is not denied by learned State Counsel. 5. Having considered, this Court is of the view that it is a case fit for bail and the applicant deserves to be enlarged on bail. 6. The bail application is allowed. 2 7. Let the applicant be released on bail, on his executing a personal bond and furnishing two reliable sureties, each of the like amount, to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
