C.M.P.No. 22601 of 2025 has been filed to declare the second petitioner/minor Sweetha Srilekha, daughter of Late S.K.Venkatachalam, rep. by next friend/guardian mother Krishnaveni/the third petitioner herein, Hindu, aged about 32 years, residing at Aliyar Nagar, Kottur Village, Pollachi Taluk, as a major and consequently discharge Krishnaveni/the third petitioner herein from guardianship and permit him to prosecute the above Second Appeal in S.A.No. 1392 of 2005. 2. C.M.P.No. 22597 of 2025 has been filed to discharge Krishnaveni/the third petitioner herein, from guardianship of Minor Sweetha Srilekha/the second petitioner herein and permit the second petitioner herein viz., Minor Sweetha Srilekha to prosecute the above Second Appeal in S.A.No. 1392 of 2005. 3.
