Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:1531 Court No. - 8 Case :- WRIT - C No. - 11373 of 2024 Petitioner :- Surajram And 5 Others Respondent :- Addl. Commissioner Administration Ayodhya And 4 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Fakhruddin Ali Ahmad Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mohan Singh Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing counsel for the State respondents. Sri Mohan Singh learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.3. Learned counsel for the petitioners after arguing at some length could not dispute the fact that since the order impugned has been passed in exercise of powers conferred as a first appellate court in proceedings arising out of Section 116 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, against which, the petitioners have a remedy of filing a second appeal. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioners to take appropriate measures as may be available to him in law. It is made clear that the petition has been dismissed solely on the ground of availability of statutory remedy and the Court has not examined the merits of the plea raised by the petitioners.
