The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that the entries/extent made in the revenue records pertaining to the subject property is incorrect, and the same will have to be modified. The petitioner had given a representation dated 08.09.2025 for the said purpose. Since the same has not been considered till date, the petitioner has filed this writ petition. 3. Mr.C.Jayaprakash, learned Government Advocate, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents. 4. No prejudice will be caused to the respondents if the petitioner’s representation dated 08.09.2025 is considered on merits and in accordance with law, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.
