Since common questions of fact and law are involved in both the petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPSS No. 2001 of 2025 alone are being considered and discussed. 5. Petitioners have crossed upper age limit fixed for appointment in State Services by one year or above, therefore, they have approached this Court seeking a direction to the Authorities to grant relaxation in upper age limit for appointment to the post of Health Worker (Female). The said post was advertised on 14.11.2025. 6. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that similar issue was dealt with by this Court in WPSS No. 1991 of 2025. Thus, he submits that this petition be also decided in terms of order dated 21.11.2025 in WPSS No. 1991 of 2025. 7. Learned counsels for respondents 2025:UHC:10567 concede that the issue involved in this writ petition is similar to that involved in WPSS No. 1991 of 2025. 8. Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of in terms of order dated 21.11.2025 rendered in WPSS No. 1991 of 2025. If petitioners make representation(s) within one week from today, decision thereupon shall be taken by Secretary, Medical, Health & Family Welfare, as per law, within six weeks thereafter. During the interregnum, it shall be open to petitioners to submit application, pursuant to advertisement dated 14.11.2025, which shall abide by decision taken on their representation(s).
