Learned counsel for the respondent submits that petitioner had filed W.P.No.8336/2024, and interim orders were passed on 18.03.2024, staying the sale notice dated 24.01.2025, and all further proceedings thereto, subject to the petitioner depositing Rs.5 Lakhs within a period of six weeks. However, the petitioner has failed to deposit the amount. The said writ petition is still pending. 3. On going through the memorandum of the writ petition, this Court does not find anything stated in the writ petition regarding filing of the earlier writ petition.
