This is an application under Section 483 of the BNSS, 2023 for granting regular bail to the accused person/petitioner, namely, Nouchad Ali @ Nausad Ali, who was arrested on 12/02/2025 in connection with Sarthebari PS Case No. 17/2025 (Special POCSO Case No. 16/2025) under Section 140(3) of BNS read with Section 4 of the POCSO Act. Scanned copy of TCR has been received and on perusal of the same, it appears that the victim girl was 16 years of age at the time of occurrence and there are grave incriminating materials against the accused.
