Ajay Mohan Goel, Judge (Oral) When this case was taken up for consideration today, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that interest of justice would be served, in case, the representation that has been filed by the petitioner, appended with the writ petition as Annexure P-5, with regard to the issue raised in the petition, is ordered to be decided by the competent Authority within some reasonable time. Accordingly, without going into the merit of the case, this writ petition is disposed of with the observation that let the representation Annexure P-5 filed by the petitioner with regard to his grievance, be decided by the competent Authority within a period of eight weeks from today, in view of the averments made therein as well as judgments, being relied upon by the petitioner, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any also stand disposed of accordingly.
