There is a complete mechanism in the Act, 1956 for such purposes. A writ petition is not maintainable at this stage. The petitioner if he has a cause and if it is otherwise permissible in law can invoke proceedings under Section 3 (G)(5) of the Act, 1956, if the compensation has already been determined by the competent authority and the petitioner has not accepted it. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
