(Oral) While placing on record communication dated 06.10.2025, issued under the signatures of Deputy Commissioner, Kangra at Dharamshala, enclosing therewith copy of office order dated 06.10.2025, issued by the afore authority, Mr. Rajan Kahol, learned Additional Advocate General, states that mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, stands duly complied with. 2. Having perused aforesaid aforesaid documents, which are taken on record, this Court finds that pursuant to mandate contained in the judgment, alleged to have been violated, services of Mr. Ashwani Kumar, Patwari, Patwar Circle Lower Lambagaon-II, Tehsil 2 Jaisinghpur, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, have been regularized w.e.f 01.10.2019 subject to final outcome of criminal/disciplinary proceedings initiated against the official in FIR No.4/2017 dated 18.11.2017. It is further mentioned in afore communication that in case the official get convicted by the Hon’ble Court in the final outcome of the afore case, pay the official shall be refixed according to the decision of the Hon’ble Court. 2. Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant petition and accordingly, the same is disposed of as having been rendered infructuous. However, direction is issued to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, in terms of aforesaid compliance, if not already released, shall be released expeditiously, preferably within two months from today. Liberty is reserved to the petitioner to file appropriate proceedings in appropriate Court of law qua the surviving grievance, if any. Notices issued to the respondents are discharged.
