1. In the present writ petition, the petitioner being daughter of Late Pramod Kumar Lakra, who was working as Head Master in Government Primary School, Kukurdodhi, Block: Batauli, District: Surguja, who died on 25/01/2023, is aggrieved by the inaction of the respondents who are not releasing the family pension till date though the family pension has been sanctioned by the concerned authority vide order dated 18/03/2024 Annexure P-3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the writ petition be
disposed of with a direction to the respondents to release the family pension as per the sanction order dated 18/03/2024 issued by the respondent No.6.

Learned counsel for the State, on instruction, submits that it appears from the order Annexure P-3 that the pension has already been fixed on 18/03/2024 and the pension will be released to the petitioner within a period of fifteen days.
4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties, perused the pleadings and documents.
5. In view of submission made by learned counsel for the State/respondents and looking to the order dated 18/03/2024 Annexure P-3 issued by the respondent No.6, by which, the pension has been fixed, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the
3 respondents to release the family pension to the petitioner within a period of twenty days from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
6. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition stands
