Since common questions of fact and law are involved in these petitions, therefore, these petitions are clubbed together and decided by this common judgment. However, for the sake of brevity and convenience, facts of WPSS No. 2132 of 2025 alone are being considered and discussed. 4. Petitioner was initially appointed as Assistant Teacher in School run By U.P. Basic Education Board. She was conferred status of Government servant in terms of Section 58 of Uttarakhand School Education Act. 5. The grievance raised by the petitioner is that benefit of past services rendered by her in schools run by Basic Education Board is not being given for the purpose of selection grade and promotion pay scale. Reliance is placed upon a judgment rendered by this Court in WPSS No. 328 of 2025. 6. Learned State Counsel submits that he has no objection if the writ petitions are decided in terms of the judgment relied by counsel for the petitioner. 2025:UHC:11089 7. Accordingly, the writ petitions are decided in terms of the judgment dated 23.09.2025, rendered in WPSS No. 328 of 2025.
