This is an application for cancellation of bail granted by this court to the respondent no.2 vide order dated 06.07.2023 pertaining to Case crime no.286 of 2023 under sections 323, 376, 354, 452, 506 IPC, P.S. Motipur, District Bahraich. 3. The present application has been filed seeking cancellation of the bail granted on 06.07.2023. 4. The submission of the counsel for the applicant is that after the enlargement on bail, the accused respondent no.2 is threatening the victim for which an application has been filed but no FIR has been lodged to that effect. 5. Considering the fact that the applicant is apprehending threat at the instance of the accused respondent, the applicant would be at liberty to file an application before the appropriate court for protection and if the court deems it appropriate, suitable protection shall be granted to the applicant also. 6. No good ground for cancellation of bail is made out. 7. Accordingly, the bail cancellation application is rejected.
