1. The present Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction of Respondent No.2 in not expediting hearing of unnumbered A.O.S. pertaining to the year 2024, dated 13.03.2024 vide R.C.No.51/24/SDC, dated 15.04.2024, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. The Petitioners has filed an A.O.S suit seeking for Permanent Injunction on 13.03.2024 before the Agent to Government cum Collector, Paderu vide R.C.No.51/24/SDC, dated 15.04.2024, as the unofficial Respondent is interfering with the possession of the Petitioners. As per the case of the Petitioners, the scheduled property i.e., an extent of Ac.1.41 Cents situated at Khata (Patta) No.18, Survey No.3-3, Petruguda Revenue Village, Araku Valley Mandal, Alluri Seetharamaraju District belongs to them and they are in exclusive possession of the scheduled property. As the said A.O.S is not being taken up for hearing, the present Writ Petition is filed. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader submitted that

appropriate steps will be taken to proceed with the suit in accordance with the rules and procedure. 4. Heard the counsels. 5. Considering that the relief sought for is only for expeditious disposal of A.O.S suit, which was filed on 13.03.2024, this Writ Petition is disposed of, with the following directions:- (i) The Respondent No.2 is directed to examine and proceed with the suit filed by the Petitioners, as expeditiously as possible.
