The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Hunterganj P.S. Case No. 209 of 2024 (S.T. No. 85 of 2025), for the offences registered under Section 103(1) of the B.N.S., pending in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-III, Chatra. Bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court vide B.A. No.2075 of 2025 by order dated 18.03.2025. The petitioner is alleged to have forced the deceased to consume poisoned liquor, due to which, he died. It was submitted that charge has been framed in this case and the petitioner is in custody since 02.01.2025. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
