Contention of learned counsel for the petitioner is that an order was passed against the petitioner on 07.11.2020 rejecting his claim mainly on the ground that the evidence with regard to supply was not filed by the petitioner. 3. It is argued that the evidence is there on record and a copy thereof has been filed. 4. In view thereof, the present petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh application alongwith the evidence before respondent no.2 who shall consider the matter afresh in the light of the evidence available and shall pass orders in accordance with law.
