The petitioner had applied for electricity connection and also deposited requisite amount as claimed but the connection was not granted nor the electric poles were fixed. However, after filing of this writ petition the poles have been fixed and they are proceeding to provide electricity connection to the petitioner, as informed by the counsel for the Electricity Corporation. 3. Let the aforesaid exercise be completed at the earliest and electricity connection be granted to the petitioner, if otherwise, he is entitled, as per law. 4. The writ petition is disposed of.
