The prayer in this writ petition is to direct respondent No.3 to consider the on-line application filed by the petitioner for conducting a Hadbast in respect of Sy.No.53/4 measuring 20 guntas of Erigenahalli Village, Vijayapura, Devanahalli Taluk. 2. The learned Additional Government Advocate, on instructions, submits that the petitioner had himself stated that the Hadbast be postponed and consequently, his request was closed. - 3 - NC: 2025:KHC:12551 WP No. 5153 of 2025 3. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has made multiple applications for conducting Hadbast, it would be appropriate to direct the concerned Surveyor to ensure that a Hadbast is conducted on 07.04.2025 at 11.00 a.m. Ordered accordingly. 4. It is made clear that the petitioner shall not expect any fresh notice and he shall be present on 07.04.2025 at 11.00 a.m. 5. If the petitioner does not appear on that date and time for the conduct of Hadbast, his application shall stand rejected. 6. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
