The present application has been filed to permit the Official Assignee to pay a sum of Rs.55,000/- (Rupees Fifty Fvie Thousand only) to Mr.B.Ragunath, Advocate on record Supreme Court of India, for filing vakalat and handling matter on behalf of the Official Assignee in S.L.P.(C).No. 8045-46 of 2024 before the Hon'ble Supreme Court. 2. In the report of the Official Assignee, it has been stated that S.Arjunlal Sunderdas was adjudicated as insolvent on a creditor's petition, by the order of this Court dated 21.04.2014 in I.P.No.25 of 2014. Mr.B.Ragunath, Advocate on record, Hon'ble Supreme Court of India had been engaged by the Official Assignee, to defend the case in Special Leave Petition (Civil) No. 8045-8046 of 2024. The said Advocate has claimed a sum of Rs.55,000/- for filing vakalat and handling matter.
