Previously an application had been filed for release of amount on behalf of the applicants and vide order dated 22.4.2024, 30% of the awarded amount had been released in favour of applicant No.1. Taking into account the aforesaid fact and for the reasons mentioned in the application, 20% of the awarded amount alongwith up-to-date interest is ordered to be released in favour of applicant No.1. The same be remitted to his bank account alongwith interest accrued thereupon, details whereof have been given in the relief clause of the application subject to proper verification of his identity.
