In pursuance of the order dated 19.2.2025, Shri Ajay Kumar Tiwari, Chief Revenue Officer is present before the Court alongwith the original records. The officer concerned submits that there might have been certain lapses in the ordersheets, however he is completely seized with the matter and he has assured the Court that the matter shall be taken to its logical conclusion on 24.2.2025 which is the next date fixed and in case if it is not done on that date, he further assured the the same will be done within the next three weeks. Considering the statement given by the officer concerned, this Court does not proceed to pass any order regarding the lapses in the ordersheets as well as the court records maintained by him. Accordingly, the petition is disposed of recording the statement of the officer that he shall decide the matter, as expeditiously as possible, preferable within the time span as indicated by the officer concerned. The record which is summoned, is being returned to the officer concerned.
