05/07.08.2025 The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Patratu P.S. Case No.198 of 2023, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh.
2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been falsely implicated in the case arising out of supply and manufacture of raw bricks. He submits that the petitioners have demanded money for labour cost, which has been refused and, thereafter, false case has been lodged against the petitioners.
3.
Learned counsel for the State opposed the prayer and submits that the allegations of demanding money are there.
4. It appears from the order passed by the learned Court that there is some transaction through RTGS and further it transpires that there is dispute with regard to non-supply of certain raw bricks and in the attending facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
