The issue of abandoned relief being beyond limitation is not considered appropriately by the trial court and the revisional court. 4. Considering the fact that the issue of limitation is a mixed question of fact and law, no good ground for interference is made out. The writ petition is dismissed. 5. The applicant would be at liberty to raise the issue of limitation at the time of framing of issue and thereafter at the time of argument.
