This Application has been filed for quashing the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.221 of 2021, “State vs. Raziq Khan and Another”, pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun under Sections 323, 384, 504 and Section 506 of the I ndian Penal Code, 1860. 2 . According to the First Information Report dated 09.08.2019, Rs.10,000/ - was demanded by the applicants. They abused and beat Aman Kumar Kashyap and Ishwar. The First Information Report was lodged by Karambir. 1 2025:UHC:10963 3 . Mr. Rajat Mittal, learned counsel for the applicants. 4 . Mr. Tumul Nainwal, learned Assistant Government Advocate for the respondent no.1. 5 . Ms. Poonam Rauthan, learned counsel for the respondent nos.2 to 4. 6 . Both the applicants are present through video conferencing. They are identified by Mr. Rajat Mittal, Advocate. 7 . Respondent nos.2 to 4 are present through video conferencing. They are identified by Ms. Poonam Rauthan, Advocate. 8 . Both, the applicants and the respondent nos.2 to 4 submitted that they have settled all their disputes. Now, they are living peacefully and in harmony. Therefore, they have filed a Compromise Application (IA No.1 of 2025) and affidavits with their free will and without any pressure. The respondent nos.2 to 4 are requesting to quash the entire proceedings of the said Criminal Case No.221 of 2021. 9 . Learned counsel for the respondent no.1 has opposed the said request. 2 2025:UHC:10963 1 0 . It is noticed by the Court that the applicants and respondent nos.2 to 4 have settled all their disputes and now they are living peacefully and in harmony. In these circumstances, in case, the proceedings are allowed to continue, it would amount to denial of complete justice to the parties. Therefore, it is a case, in which the inherent jurisdiction of this Court should be exercised to do real and substantial justice. 1 1 . Therefore, ends of justice would be met if the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No.221 of 2021, “State vs. Raziq Khan and Another”, pending before the court of learned Judicial Magistrate, Vikasnagar, District Dehradun, are quashed. 1 2 .
