case and his exact role in the crime is also not stated. He has completely cooperated with the police for the purpose of investigation. Accused Nos.8 and 11 from whom there is some recovery have been granted regular bail by the jurisdictional Sessions Court. Accordingly, he prays to allow the petition. 5. Per contra, learned HCGP who has opposed the bail petition however does not dispute that the petitioner has cooperated with the police for the purpose of investigation and there is no recovery from him in the present case. Accordingly, she prays to dismiss the petition. 6. Perusal of the material on record would go to show that the first information was submitted on 20.12.2024 by the victim alleging that on 20.12.2024 while he was traveling in his car bearing registration No.KA-11-M-6764 carrying a sum of Rs.16 lakhs, some persons who came in Innova car bearing registration No.KA-04-AD-1217 intercepted his car and from the said

car, accused No.1 Bombay Saleem and four others got down and after threatening him showing knife snatched the bag in which he was carrying a sum of Rs.16 lakhs had escaped from the spot in the vehicle in which they had arrived. It is in this background, he had approached the police. Subsequently, during the course of investigation, the petitioner herein was arrested on 29.12.2024 and remanded to police custody and he was subsequently remanded to judicial custody on 09.01.2025. It is not in dispute that the petitioner had cooperated during the course of investigation and there is no recovery from him in the present case. Accused No.8 was arrested in the present case during the course of investigation and from his possession a sum of Rs.50,000/- which he had received from accused No.1 was recovered. Accused No.8 has been granted regular bail in Crl.Misc.No.74/2025 by the jurisdictional Sessions Court. 7.

against accused No.11 is that he had showed the car of the first informant to the other accused persons and pulsar bike used by him to follow the car of the first informant was seized during the course of investigation in the present case. Accused No.11 has been granted regular bail by the jurisdictional Sessions Court in Crl.Misc.No.30/2025. Under these circumstances, I am of the opinion that, the prayer made by the petitioner for grant of regular bail needs to be answered affirmatively. 8. Accordingly, the following:
