Chakrabarty, learned counsel for the petitioner, fairly submits that the petitioner could not place on record the proof of submission of the certified copy of the order of this Court dated 26.03.2025, passed in WP(C) No. 7026/2024 and, therefore, prays that the contempt petition may be closed. In view of the above submission and considering that until the petitioner could show that the certified copy of the aforesaid order of this Court has been submitted before the concerned authorities, it would be difficult for this Court to issue notice to the respondents and accordingly, the contempt petition stands closed. Needless to observe that the petitioner shall be at liberty to take appropriate steps for serving the certified copy of the order dated 26.03.2025 passed in WP(C) No. 7026/2024 before the concerned authority.
