Shri Manish Mishra, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel has instructions from the S.D.M., Sadar, District- Lakhimpur Kheri that he may be granted only 15 day's time to ensure compliance of the order passed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002, as, the notices were earlier issued to the borrower on 20.06.2024. 4. Time prayed for is granted. 5. We have perused our judgment dated 25.10.2024 passed Writ- C No. 8867 of 2024 and 14.11.2024 passed in Writ - C No. 9723 of 2024 on the scope of proceedings under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and the locus, if any, of the borrower. 6. In view of the elucidation of the law in the aforesaid judgment this writ petition is disposed of. 7. The time line aforesaid shall be adhered by the S.D.M. concerned unless there is any legal impediment in which case the petitioner would be informed in writing. 8.
