The petitioner in the above case hereby undertakes to regularize the housing loan availed by the petitioner within a period of 3 months from today. Therefore, this Hon’ble Tribunal be pleased to permit the Petitioner to regularize the housing loan with the Respondent bank as stated above, in the interest of justice and equity. The petitioner further undertakes that in the event of default of making payment as stated above, the Respondent Bank shall be at liberty to proceed against the appellants in accordance with law.” - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:22021 WP No. 4324 of 2025 2. Learned counsel for the respondent bank states that they are agreeable to consider the offer. 3. In view of the memo, petition stands disposed of not calling for any adjudication in light of offer of the petitioner being agreeable to the respondents’ bank.
