Abedin, learned counsel for the applicant / writ petitioner, who by means of this application has prayed for a correction to be made in the connected writ petition. It has been submitted that while describing the respondents, the district Dhubri has inadvertently been typed out which should be Goalpara district. He has also pointed out in paragraph 6, a date has been written as 17.03.2025, it should be 17.06.2025 and further in prayer no. 2, instead of annexure 5, annexure 2 should have been written. After hearing the learned counsel, the aforesaid 3 corrections are allowed to be done. The I.A. accordingly stands allowed by permitting the learned counsel to file a corrected/amended writ petition.
