ORDER:
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.4, 8 and 9 and perused the material placed on record.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the Respondent Nos.4 to 9 are trying to make construction of Village Secretariat, Rytu Bharosa Centre in petitioner’s land in Sy.No.122-1 to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents situated at Pedda Abbhipuram Village, A.S.Peta Mandal, SPSR Nellore District without issuing any prior notice and without observing due process as contemplated. Even though the petitioner is requesting not to make any constructions in respect of the subject land, but respondents are proceeding with the construction. Hence the Writ petition.
3. On the other hand, learned Standing Counsel for Respondent Nos.4, 8 and 9 furnished written instructions on behalf of Respondent

No.8, wherein it is submitted that respondents have not initiated any steps for construction at subject land in Sy.No.122-1 as alleged by the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by both the counsel and in view of the clear and categorical statements on behalf of respondents, that no construction has been made as alleged by the petitioner in respect of land in Sy.No.122-1 to an extent of Ac.0.50 cents situated at Pedda Abbhipuram Village, A.S.Peta Mandal, SPSR Nellore District. Therefore, the claim of the petitioner has been redressed in view of written instructions, wherein it is stated that no constructions were taken place at the subject land. However, if the Respondents intend to make any construction in future in respect of the subject land, they shall follow due process as contemplated under law.
5. With the above observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
