Appeal No. 15 of 2026 Learned counsel appearing for the respondent has filed memo of appearance on behalf of the respondent with a prayer to grant her time to file power of attorney within two weeks. Be filed within two weeks. Records be requisitioned. In the meanwhile, respondent is directed to furnish personal bond in the sum of Rs.50,000/- with one surety in the like amount, to the satisfaction of Trial Court on or before 22.05.2026, undertaking therein to appear before the Court concerned as and when directed to do so and also to surrender to serve the sentence, in case the appeal is allowed.
