We are fed up with such petitions being filed involving private dispute between private parties, as in this case. The opposite party no. 5, a private party, is alleged to have encroached upon the Sahan land of the petitioner. This petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus to the official opposite parties to decide their application and protect the petitioners' land. Such petitions are not maintainable and the Counsels would be better advised not to file such petitions. This petition is dismissed only for this reason.
