The present petition has been filed by the petitioner challenging the order 05.12.2024 passed by the Opposite Party No. 2. 3. It is argued by the counsel for the petitioner that despite the petitioner having a fair price shop license vide ID No. 20480431 situated at Gram Panchayat Senpur, steps are being taken for re- advertisement for issuance of a fresh fair price shop license, which according to him is bad in law. 4. Learned Standing Counsel based upon instruction states that in the village in question, there are two shops and no steps are being taken for allotment of the shop in respect of Shop ID No. 20480431 and the advertisement is in respect of Shop bearing I.D. No. 20481134. 5. In view of the said submission, it is clarified that the respondent shall not take steps in respect of the Shop ID of the petitioner. 6.
