The present revision petition assails order dated 20th March, 2019 passed by the Principal Judge, Family Courts, Shahdara, Karkardooma Courts, awarding interim maintenance to the Respondent child. 2. Counsel for Petitioner apprises the Court that during the pendency of the proceedings, the maintenance petition itself has now been finally adjudicated. 3. In light of the above development, the relief sought, which was confined to the interim maintenance has now been rendered infructuous. 4. In case the Petitioner is aggrieved by the maintenance awarded in the final order, he shall be free to invoke appropriate remedies against the same, in accordance with law. 5.
