Case No.501 of 2024 by which the application moved by the revisionist under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C. for filing written statement has been rejected and the right of the revisionist to file written statement/objection in case No.342/2017 (Smt. Vandana vs. Mukesh) has been closed. The relevant part of the order dated 06.12.2024 passed by the learned family court is extracted below:- " उक ववशललषण सल यह सपष हह रहह हह वक ववपकक ममकल श नल ममलबहद कल वनसतहरण कह जहनबमझकर ववलममबत वकयह हह और जहनबमझ‌कर समय सल न तह आपतत पसतमत वकयह हह न हक ररकहल पहररनह पत पसतमत वकयह। महमलल कल तथय एवव पररमसरवतयय कह दलखतल हहए पहररनह पत 3 क वनरसत हहनल यहगय हह। आदलश पहरर शक ममकल श शमहर दहरह पसतमत पहररनह पत 3 क वनरसत वकयह जहतह हह। पसतमत पतहवलक और दहमणणक वहद सवखयह 342/2017 कक पतहवलक वनयमहनमसहर दहतखल दफतर हह।" 4.A perusal of the order shows that multiple opportunities have been given to the revisionist on various occasions. From perusal of the impugned order it is also evident that revisionist has deliberately delayed the trial in spite of the fact that file was part of action plan of 2023-24 of this High Court. There appears to be no illegality in the order impugned. The revision is devoid of merits and is accordingly dismissed.
