The final assessment bill dated 01.10.2022 contained in Annexure No. 2 is challenged, however, we find that the said final assessment bill is dated 04.02.2023 and not 01.10.2022. 3. The petitioner had a remedy under Section 127 of the Electricity Act, 2003 which has not been availed. We see no reason to entertain this writ petition. 4.
