On a perusal of the judgment and order impugned, we find that there are no reasons given by the learned single Judge while allowing the writ petition and the petition has simply been allowed. We feel that such an order is unsustainable. 2 3. We, therefore, allow the Writ Appeal setting aside the judgment and order impugned and remand the matter back to the learned single Judge for consideration afresh after hearing the parties. 4. Registry to post W.P.No.34067 of 2016 before the learned single Judge for appropriate orders as per roster on 23.09.2025. No order as to costs.
