Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State. 2. The present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers :- "i. To call for the records and issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the order dated 11.12.2024 passed by the Respondent no. 2 i.e. District Supply Officer, District - Kushinagar whereby his fair price shop agreement has been suspended. ii. To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondent authorities to restore the fair price agreement of the petitioner for Ward-Bhodasi Pindari, Block- Ramkola, Nagar Panchayat Ramkola, Tehsil Kaptanganj, District Kushinagar." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that ends of justice would be served in case the final enquiry against the petitioner is concluded in a time bound manner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondent-State submits that final enquiry against the petitioner would be concluded in a time bound manner. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, it is hereby directed that final enquiry against the petitioner be concluded by the respondent-authorities expeditiously, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order. 6.
