The present contempt case has been filed, aggrieved by the alleged non-compliance with the orders passed by this Court on 12.12.2024. It is the grievance of the petitioner that despite the clear directions issued by this Court, the respondents have failed to comply with the same in their true letter and spirit. 2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is being continued in service of the directions issued by this Court in the aforementioned order dated 12.12.2024. It is further submitted that the petitioner shall be permitted to continue in service until he attains the age of 62 years, in accordance with the applicable rules and the directions issued by this Court. 3. Accordingly, the contempt case is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
