Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:321 Court No. - 8 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6463 of 2024 Petitioner :- Smt. Shakuntala Tripathi Respondent :- Board Of Revenue,U.P. Lucknow Thru. Chairman And 11 Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Pawan Kumar Shukla,Sachin Kumar Pandey Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C. Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. The instant petition has been preferred seeking expeditious disposal of the revision pending before respondent No.1. However, this Court finds that the petition is supported by an affidavit of one Shri Kumar Rahul Tripathi. However, there is nothing to indicate as to how the said deponent has the power or authority to file the affidavit on behalf of the petitioner. In the said affidavit, a vague averment has been made that the deponent is nephew of the petitioner. Apart from that in absence of any clear authority, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition, which is dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioner to file fresh with either appropriate affidavit or the necessary authority.
