The instant petition has been filed praying for a mandamus directing respondent no. 2 to decide the representation of the petitioner and not to release compensation for the subject land till consolidation proceedings are over. 2. Counsel for the petitioner states that the land of village Kakrari was acquired. However, the said village is under consolidation operations and therefore, the petitioner has made prayer for not releasing the compensation till the proceedings are over. 3. The petition is absolutely vague. The acquisition notifications have not been annexed. It is also not clear whether the land of the petitioner is affected by acquisition notifications or he is filing the petition in larger interest of the villagers. 4.
