Neutral Citation No. - 2025:AHC-LKO:276 Court No. - 8 Case :- MATTERS UNDER ARTICLE 227 No. - 6378 of 2024 Petitioner :- Geeta Devi Respondent :- Addl. Commissioner Judicial, Ayodhya Division, Ayodhya And Others Counsel for Petitioner :- Amar Nath Dubey,Sanju Kumari Counsel for Respondent :- C.S.C.,Mohan Singh Hon'ble Jaspreet Singh,J. 1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. Notice on behalf of respondent No.1 has been accepted by the office of Chief Standing Counsel. Shri Mohan Singh, learned counsel has accepted notice on behalf of respondent No.2. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of an appeal under Section 24(4) of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 pending before respondent No.1. 3. The record indicates that the petitioner had filed a similar petition bearing No.3993 of 2024, which was dismissed by the Court with liberty vide order dated 27.08.2024 providing that in case if any cause of action for expedition accrues in future, the petitioner would be at liberty to file a fresh petition. 4. In this view, if the extracts of the order sheet filed by the petitioner is taken note of especially Annexure No.7 to the petition, it would reveal that the notices have been issued to the respondents of the appeal. However, there is nothing on record to indicate that in compliance of the order dated 13.11.2024, the steps have been taken and whether the private respondents in the appeal have been served or not. 5. In absence of any proper pleadings or status regarding service of notice, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition for expediting the proceedings, leaving it open for the petitioner to take recourse as may be available to him in law including by moving an application under Rule 494 of U.P. Revenue Court Manual. 6. With the aforesaid, the petition is disposed of. Order Date :- 3.1.2025 Ashutosh Digitally signed by :- ASHUTOSH PANDEY High Court of Judicature at Allahabad, Lucknow Bench
