Court No.48, Barabanki for earliest disposal of case registered as Regular Suit No.904/2012 titled Pramod Kumar & others versus Ambresh Kumar & others filed for compliance of Agreement as well as Cancellation of sale deed filed on 25.09.2012, pending before Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division) Court No. 48 Barabanki, which is pending since 2012, So that the petitioners may not suffer irreparable loss and injury from such inordinate delay." 2. Considering the relief as prayed for, the present petition is disposed off directing the Court concerned to decide the aforesaid suit with all expedition, preferably within one year from the date of filing of a certified copy of this order, in accordance with law.
