Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam 1991 within stipulated time as this Hon'ble Court deems fit. 10.2 Any other relief which this Hon'ble Court may deems fit and proper looking to the facts and circumstances of the case may also be awarded to the petitioner including the cost and expenses of this petition.” 3 It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has filed an appeal under Section 20 of the C.G. Motoryan Karadhan Adhiniyam, 1991 before the authorities concerned for adjustment of the tax, which he has paid and the same has not been considered and decided till date, as such, a direction be given to respondents No.3 and 4 to decide the appeal preferred by the petitioner within some stipulated period. 4 Considering the overall facts and circumstances of the case, respondents No.3 and 4 are directed to decide the appeal 3 preferred by the petitioner within a period of 45 days from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 5 With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed of.
