Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. 2. The present petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following prayers: "(I) To issue an order or direction to the Central Bureau of Investigation to conduct the enquiry "whether the final order dated 03.04.2024 passed in SA No.767 of 2022 has been dictated by the then Presiding OfÏcer or not" which has already been going on vide order dated 21.11.2024 passed in Matter Under Article 227 No.5381 of 2024; Bank of Baroda Vs Debts Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow and others. II) To issue an order or direction quashing the order dated 03.04.2024 passed by the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow in Securitisation Application No. 767 of 2022 (M/s Chef Cuisine Restaurants Pvt. Ltd. & Ors. Vs Bank of Maharashtra & Ors.) and also commanding the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Lucknow to reconsider and decide the Securitisation Application within such stipulated period of time as may be prescribed by this Hon'ble Court." 3. In this regard, a detailed order was passed by this Court on 10.12.2024 in Matters Under Article 227 No. 5381 of 2024 giving liberty to report a similar misconduct with directions to the CBI to carry out the investigation in terms of the report so received as is indicated in paragraph 13 of the said order. 4. In view thereof, no further orders are required to be passed by this Court in the present writ petition. 5. The petition is disposed of accordingly.
