The above writ petition is filed to declare the action of respondent No.2 in issuing Lookout Circular (LOC) against the petitioner at the instance of respondent No.3, as illegal and arbitrary. 2. Today, when the matter is listed, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by Lookout Circular (LOC) issued against the petitioner was
withdrawn/deleted on 27.06.2024. Hence, no further adjudication is required in the writ petition. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the Writ Petition is closed.
