Without saying much, it would be suffice to say that the petitioner may approach the respondent no. 4 of the aforesaid writ petition wherein the said judgment dated 18.10.2022 was passed, raising his grievance, who may look into the matter as per law, if the proceedings are still pending before the said Officer, otherwise he should avail other remedies, as may be prescribed in law. The writ petition is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
