Shashi Kant Gupta); arising out of Charge Sheet No. 351(01) of 2022 dated 12.11.2022 in pursuance of Case Crime No. / First Information Report No. 322 of 2021, Under Section 354A I.P.C. and Section 7/8 of Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act, 2012, relating to Police Station - Mandhata,District Pratapgarh, within stipulated period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deemed fit, just and proper (Contained as Annexure No. 1), in the interest of Justice." Considering the facts and circumstances of the case indicated in the application including the period of pendency of the case in issue, the present application is disposed of with a direction to the Court concerned to make all endeavour for deciding the application under Section 85 Cr.P.C., expeditiously.
